Fighting Hunger, Nourishing Families

For families facing conflict, displacement, and poverty, putting food on the table can be a daily struggle.

Your gift can help ensure no child has to go to bed hungry.

For families facing conflict, displacement, and poverty, putting food on the table can be a daily struggle. Across Gaza, Yemen, Lebanon, and among Rohingya refugees in Bangladesh, Mercy-USA is working to make sure families have access to the food they need today while creating opportunities for a more secure tomorrow.


Bringing Food Where It’s Needed Most

In Gaza, Mercy-USA’s partner, the Agricultural & Environmental Development Society (AED), continues to prepare and distribute hot meals to families each day.
In Yemen, emergency food baskets provide families with essential food and water to help them make it through another month.
In Lebanon, seasonal and hot meals provide nourishment to families facing hardship and food insecurity.
For Rohingya refugee families in Bangladesh, Mercy-USA is taking a longer-term approach. Families receive seeds, tools, and agricultural training to grow crops for their households and sell the surplus.

These harvests provide fresh food while generating an average of $100 in income per family, helping families afford other essentials.

From a hot meal shared at the end of a difficult day to a harvest that
