REFUND POLICY

If you have made an error in making your donation to Mercy-USA for Aid and Development, we will honor your request for a refund made within 30 days of your donation.

To request a refund, call 1-800-556-3729 or 734-454-0011. Refunds are issued using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit/debit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit/debit card. If you made your donation through check, cash or direct debit from your checking/savings account, your refund will be issued by check and sent to you via the United States Postal Service.
