Mercy-USA for Aid and Development is dedicated to alleviating human suffering and supporting individuals and their communities in their efforts to become more self-sufficient. Incorporated in the State of Michigan in 1988, Mercy-USA’s projects focus on improving health, nutrition and access to safe water, as well as promoting economic and educational growth around the world.

National Community Development Manager 

The National Community Development Manager (NCDM) will be responsible for building relationships with target communities around the United States to increase brand recognition of Mercy-USA for Aid and Development’s work and mission thus paving the way for new fundraising opportunities. The NCDM will promote Mercy-USA’s vision of building bridges in target communities through acts of philanthropic goodwill and leadership, as well as creating innovative fundraising events and activities in the target communities. Volunteer and Community Engagement Coordinator

Reporting to the Domestic Programs Manager, the Volunteer and Community Engagement Coordinator (VCEC) is a full-time exempt position. The VCEC will help create and oversee the implementation of a strategic approach to community engagement within the local greater Detroit Michigan region. The successful candidate will help maintain existing and forge new relationships within the community at large to bolster Mercy-USA’s visibility and impact. Read more…
