Position Summary
The Program Implementation Analyst supports the effective delivery of Mercy-USA programs by tracking progress, analyzing data, and ensuring compliance with organizational and donor standards. The role works closely with program teams to improve efficiency, strengthen reporting, and enhance decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret program data to monitor implementation and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and tools to support program monitoring and informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with program teams to enhance workflows, processes, and data collection systems.
- Ensure program activities meet organizational and donor compliance requirements.
- Provide recommendations to improve program delivery, efficiency, and outcomes.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and capacity-building initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in international development, public administration, business, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in program monitoring, evaluation, or data analysis.
- Knowledge of NGO compliance and reporting standards is preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data management tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, multicultural environment.
Working Conditions
- Remote position within Canada.
- Flexible working hours may be necessary to accommodate reporting and coordination needs.
- This is a full-time, exempt position.
